This policy forms part of our Acceptable Use Policy and our Terms of Use.

No Strings Dating is a dating site for adults aged 21 and over. Adult content is allowed here, within the rules below, because everyone has chosen to be on an adult site and has passed our age checks. This policy sets out what you can and cannot upload, and how we moderate it.

Every photo is checked before it goes live, by automated checks and by our moderators. Content that breaks these rules is rejected, and you are told when it is. Breaking them repeatedly, or seriously, can lead to your account being restricted or closed.

Your Main Photo

Your main profile photo is the one people see first, including in search results. It must be of you. It may be an adult photo, within the rules below.

Adult Photos

Your photos, including your main photo, may contain adult nudity, as long as all of these are true:

• Everyone shown is an adult aged 18 or over, and has agreed to appear in the photo and to it being shared on the Service.
• It is your own content, of you or of you with a consenting partner. No photos of other people taken from elsewhere, and no professional or commercial pornography.

Who Sees Adult Photos

Explicit photos, including main photos, are only shown to signed-in members who have passed our age check (or ID verification) and have full membership. Everyone else sees a locked card in their place. Explicit photos never appear on our public pages, in search engines or in our iPhone app.

Messages and Chat Photos

You may share adult content in a chat only with a member who has made clear they want it. Sending explicit photos or messages to someone who has not asked for them is not allowed and will be actioned.

Never Allowed

• Anything involving anyone under 18: real, simulated, drawn or generated. This is removed, the account is closed and we report it to the authorities.
• Non-consensual imagery: intimate or sexual images of anyone who has not agreed to them being shared, hidden-camera or "revenge" images, and images of an identifiable person used without their consent.
• Sexual violence or degradation: content showing or encouraging sexual violence, coercion, bestiality or incest.
• Commercial sex: imagery or text advertising sexual services, escorting, paid companionship, webcam shows or paid content. This is removed and referred for investigation.
• Content from elsewhere: pornography or explicit images you did not make, or that you do not have the right to share.

elated symbols, will be rejected. - Confederate Flag: Images displaying the Confederate flag will be rejected. - Ku Klux Klan (KKK): Depictions of KKK symbols, costumes, or practices (e.g., burning cross, blood drop cross, Celtic cross) will be rejected. - ISIS Flag: Any images displaying terrorist symbols, including the ISIS flag, will be rejected. - Offensive Gestures: Images depicting offensive gestures, such as the middle finger, will be rejected.

Gore and Graphic Violence

• Gore Content: Images showing horrific imagery, such as blood, guts, self-harm, wounds, or human skulls, will be rejected.

Child Protection

• Presence of Minors: Any image that includes a person under 18 is rejected, even a family photo with nothing sexual about it, to protect the safety and privacy of children. See our Child Safety Standards.

How We Moderate

Every uploaded photo is reviewed before it goes live, using automated checks (Sightengine) and our network's moderators. If your content is rejected, we tell you that it did not meet these rules. If you think we got it wrong, you can ask us to look again through our Complaints page. To report content that breaks these rules, use the Report button or our Contact page.
