Do plans renew?
The 24-hour pass never renews, while weekly, monthly and 3-month plans renew automatically until you cancel, and we email you before they renew.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time and in two taps: open Membership, tap Cancel renewal, then Yes, cancel, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for (how to cancel).
Do women pay?
No: women who verify their ID get full membership free, for as long as they stay active (women go free).
What shows on my statement?
Payments show as DATINGFOUND, not the name of the site.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. In the first 14 days of a plan, while 40% or more of the period is left, you can take the unused part back from your Membership page, which ends the plan straight away. A pass that has not started yet is refunded in full (Refund Policy).
