Deleting your account permanently removes your profile from No Strings Dating. This guide explains how to delete your account on our website.

Before You Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once your account has been deleted:

• Your profile will no longer be visible to other members.
• Your messages, matches, likes and other account data will be permanently removed where appropriate.
• You will no longer be able to sign in using your existing account.
• If your plan is still renewing, you cancel it first. The site asks you to before it deletes anything.

Delete Your Account on the Website

1. Sign in to your No Strings Dating account.
2. Click your Profile Avatar.
3. Select Settings.
4. Scroll to Delete Account.
5. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

Your account will then be scheduled for permanent deletion.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can't delete your account while a plan is still renewing. Cancel it first in Account → Membership, then delete your account.

Cancelling there stops your plan wherever you pay, by card or with PayPal. There is nothing else to do in your PayPal account, and you won't be charged again.

Data Retention

We permanently delete or anonymise your personal information wherever possible following account deletion.

Certain limited information may be retained where required to:

• comply with legal obligations;
• investigate fraud or abuse;
• enforce our Terms of Service;
• protect the safety and security of our members.

Any retained information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
