How to cancel your No Strings Dating membership

Cancelling takes two taps and no phone calls. Your plan stops renewing straight away, you keep what you paid for until the end date, and your account stays free unless you choose to delete it. Here is exactly how it works.
How do I cancel my No Strings Dating membership?
Sign in, open Membership from the menu under your profile picture, tap Cancel renewal, then tap Yes, cancel. That is it. The page then shows the date your plan ends and that it will not renew.
- Sign in on the website.
- Tap your profile picture, then Membership. You can also go to Your profile, then Membership.
- Tap Cancel renewal.
- Tap Yes, cancel to confirm. Changed your mind? Tap Keep it instead.
- Check the page now says "Ends" with a date and "It won't renew."
What happens after I cancel?
Your plan stops renewing, and you keep messaging and every other paid feature until the end of the period you paid for. After that you go back to free membership: you can still browse, like, wink and go Free tonight, and you can subscribe again whenever you like.
Cancelling does not delete your account, and your profile stays visible to other members. If you want to leave altogether, cancel first, then follow our guide to deleting your account.
Do I need to cancel a 24-hour pass?
No. The 24-hour pass is a single payment and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. It simply ends after 24 hours. Weekly, monthly and 3-month plans are the ones that renew until you cancel, and we email you before they do.
Can I get a refund when I cancel?
On a plan, often yes. From 24 hours after you paid, and while 40% or more of the period you paid for is left, the Membership page offers the unused part of your payment back. Tap Refund, then confirm. The refund is worked out from the time left, your plan ends straight away and you go back to free membership.
If it is too soon, the page tells you the date from which you can ask. If too little of the period is left, it says so, and your plan simply runs to its end date. Refunds apply to plans, not the 24-hour pass. Refunds reach your card or PayPal within 5 working days. Our Refund Policy has the full terms.
I paid with PayPal. Do I cancel there too?
Cancelling on the Membership page stops the renewal wherever you paid, card or PayPal, so you do not need to do anything else. If you like to be doubly sure, PayPal lists your automatic payments in its settings, and you can check there after cancelling.
What shows on my bank statement?
Payments show as DATINGFOUND, not the name of the site. If you cancel, no further payments appear after your current one. A refund shows under the same name.
What if I cannot sign in?
Reset your password from the forgot password page, then cancel as above. If you still cannot get in, contact us and choose "Payments and Purchases", or email support@nostringsdating.net from the address you signed up with. A person will reply.
Is there anything to cancel if my membership is free?
No. Women who verify get full membership free for as long as they stay active, and free members have nothing that renews. If you never subscribed, there is nothing to cancel. Our prices page shows what each plan costs in your currency.
